We have been fortunate enough to be able to head up to Island Park a couple of times this summer. Mark and the kids caught toads, made a fishing pole (for Brian's scouts), went four wheeling, jet skiing, and we made a trip to Yellowstone National Park to see Old Faithful. Both Grandpa Elison and Grandpa Tall have cabin's on the Island Park Reservoir. It is beautiful this time of year and the jet skiing was great. I have skipped out on some activities to have a safe pregnancy. But I thought a smooth easy ride with Nathan and Brian would be just fine. I would be driving and in control. Then a really cool boat came by at a slow speed. A big boat at a slow speed equals a big wake. A big wake makes an unstable jet ski. After I got dumped in the water or maybe it was on my way into it, I can't pinpoint the actually moment, a thought crossed my mind that I probably should have waited until next summer.
